We provide all necessary amenities including robes, slippers, and towels. Simply bring yourself and arrive 15 minutes early to check in and complete any required forms. If you have specific skincare products you prefer, feel free to bring them along.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance, especially for weekend appointments or popular treatments. During peak seasons or holidays, booking 1-2 weeks ahead ensures your preferred time slot. Same-day appointments may be available based on availability.
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full treatment price. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, we exclusively use organic, natural, and cruelty-free products. Our product lines are carefully selected from premium brands that share our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices. All products are free from harmful chemicals and are suitable for sensitive skin.
Absolutely! We have dedicated couples' treatment rooms where you and your partner can enjoy massages and other treatments side by side. Popular couples' packages include our Romance Retreat and Couples' Relaxation Experience. Advance booking is recommended for couples' appointments.
Full spa access includes our steam room, sauna, relaxation lounge, meditation garden, and fitness center. You'll also have access to our healthy refreshment bar, Wi-Fi throughout the facility, and complimentary parking. Lockers and amenities are provided in our changing areas.
Most of our services are available for guests 16 and older. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have written consent. We offer special teen-friendly treatments and mother-daughter packages. Some treatments may have specific age requirements for safety reasons.
